Stargazers

I've got flowers! =DDD

I got home from college and I was surprised by this,
 

I could smell the sweet scent of it when I stepped into my room. This sweet-smelling lilies is like a breath of fresh air with a little bit of peppermint-like smell. Seriously, I love the scent of it.

oh! Guess who was it from?? =DDDD

HEHEHE

I was really really surprised coz it never occurred to me at all arriving home after a tiring day from college with a bouquet of flowers.


In my heart, I felt like like jumping for joy like a 5-year-old child. =P

Anyway, I did some research to find out the name of it. It took me quite awhile to recognise it coz there are SO MANY different types of lilies.

These lilies are called the Stargazer Lilies. I like the name. =)

Its an Oriental hybrid lily and it is named Stargazer because it blooms facing the sky. According to wikipedia, stargazer lilies are toxic to cats and humans (?) - causes diarrhea if ingested.


Looks like that mr. loh dont have to kill cats with cyanide. This plant shall be a better alternative =P (internal joke)

OMG. I can't stop smelling it. My whole room has this sweet-smelling scent of it.

I hardly have time for you nowadays. More like, we hardly have time for each other due to his busy schedule and me busy with my exams which is starting next week Wednesday till the 10th of June. I've been studying for as long as I can remember from February until now.

I feel so lifeless. All I do everyday is go to college, study, drive home, tv, online, phone and study and study and sleep and wake up and study again. Its like that almost everyday since March. Its not that I didn't do anything interesting or I didn't do anything for leisure. I do but all I remember is studying most of my time.

Being lifeless ain't that bad. I'm sorta used to it right now. I'm willing to give up certain things to get what I want. =D

We'll spend more time right after you're done with the industrial training and right after I'm done with my exams. =DDDDDD

Last week, I was invited to Jimi's and MeiJi's Surprise Party. LOL. We did one for Meiji last year but without Jimi.

It's also more than a year ago Afiq and I met. =D

A lot of things has change over a year. Exactly a year ago, I haven't got my driver's license, I'm not as busy as today since college haven't started, and yeah, there's plenty more.

I drove to Wisma UOA near pavilion from home. I was stuck in a jam for 1 hour 30 minutes. I was dead bored that I started singing out in the car. When I arrived, I was too tired to celebrate since I had a long day in college. But I still had a great time over there. =)

My expression over here is priceless.

I was trying to cheer myself up and try to act awake and lively but I'm too tired to even eat. I sorted of wasted my RM60 all you can eat japanese buffet. But I can assuse this, Saisaki is like 50 times better than Tenji at Mont Kiara. Why? Because saisaki has more choices of food, I don't have to travel so far(minus the jam at peak hours) and its worth way more even though I pay the same amount at Tenji.

A few nights ago, you made me laugh till my stomach hurts because of some silly thing. HEHEHE.
Sometimes you pretend not to hear (or I thought that you didn't hear) the things I mumble/say but you actually heard it and listen to whatever I saw mumbling/saying. =)
I always beat you in every game he challenged me. MUAHAHAHAHA! I really did it, without having to put up a puppy face expression. =D
You love ELMO coz you said (or I said) its red, has big round eyes that could pop out anytime and has a squeaky voice.
You ran towards me when we saw each other, like we haven't seen each other for weeks and gave me a big hug that my feet wasn't touching the ground.
I'm so gonna drag you to go to the Dentist the next time I see you. You're not gonna wait till I graduate to get that tooth done.. HEHE

Japanese Food with the love ones, New year's Eve Celebration & Mike and Leny's Wedding.

I've been wanting to blog about so many things but I've been having the "Lazy Disease".  

Two days before the year 2010, I met an old friend. I dont mean, old = tua. He's a friend I haven't met in years and it was a pleasure to hang out again after such a long time.

He's back from Scotland for the Christmas Holidays and we manage to contact each other and tadaaaaa! Here we are in Chinoz, KLCC.

So, In case you might wonder what I did on New Year's Eve or where I went? and with who?

This year, along with Elle, Ji Mi, Joon Hong, Afiq and I, we drove up to Bukit Antarabangsa. Instead of going to all the crowded places like KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, One Utama, Look Out Point etc etc, we decided to go to a place with lesser people and we had the whole view of Kuala Lumpur.

 There were fireworks everywhere popping like colourful mushrooms. =D

We were standing on someone's backyard so that we could see the view better. HEHE

After the fireworks was over, we exchange wishes and hugs and sealed with a kiss.

Our resolution for 2010 are in our heads ready to be listed down one by one.

 We decided to stay for awhile at a large field behind people's backyard. =.=

It was a large field actually, like a playground and those people's house happened to be there.

After that, we went to McDonalds for supper like we did last year. =)

It was simple and I loved it.

I don't remember what date is it but here's another makan session. I was so excited to watch Sherlock Holmes but for some reason, we didn't watch it.

This was me when we're on our way. After getting to know I couldn't watch the movie, I was a bit disappointed.

Elle and Afiq had an amazingly odd craving for Japanese food every time we go out. I'm not really a fan of Japanese food was feeling very reluctant and somehow or another they manage to drag me into the restaurant.

Since both of you love Japanese so much, next time you people have to eat what I wanna eat.

On the 3rd of January 2010.

It is the day my cousin, Michael got married. =DD

My family and I attended the wedding that was held in Great Eastern Mall.

Every time my parents get an invitation to a wedding, ESPECIALLY Chinese wedding, my sister and I would feel dreaded to go for it. Like every other typical Chinese weddings, they'll have it in a hotel or a grand Chinese Restaurant. This time and for the first time ever, I was really eager to actually attend the wedding.

Oh! The wedding dress code was ; A Touch of Red.

Knowing myself, I don't have that many clothes which are red, So I was forced to wear this,

I don't usually wear like this for wedding but this time it was an exception! =P

My cousin was really creative to have the wedding venue at a Japanese Restaurant. (OMG, Japanese again =.=)

Location : Great Eastern Mall.

 Come to think of it, I realised I haven't seen my nieces (Yes, I'm an Auntie already although I don't feel like one at all.) in ages!

I also haven't met my Auntie who sent me two boxes of Dominos pizza through delivery and I was so confused coz I didn't order any pizza. I actually called up Dominos to find out what actually happened. In the end of the day only I found out that it was actually from my Auntie. =) Awww

I was so looking forward for lunch coz I was actually looking forward to eat some Salmon Sashimi's. =D

I was a lil bit disappointed coz there weren't many salmon sashimi's =(

 But what the hell, I ate whatever that was served. XD

Unlike weddings at a Hotel or a Grand Chinese Restaurant, the food are almost all the same and like Elle said : If the wedding on the card is at 6pm, dinner will be served 2 hours later.

 

Its not that I hate Chinese wedding, I just don't like it to be too long especially if the person who is getting married is someone I don't know or I don't really know that well. Old habits are hard to die out. Some would still prefer a dinner wedding at a hotel or a Grand Chinese Restaurant regardless on what we think of it.

What I love about wedding is that I get to meet up with my relatives and chat with them.

Apparently my cousin, Michael and I went to the same high school school. Mr.tiew was also my cousin's history teacher. XD It's been a long time, sir.

Since my dad loves taking pictures more than my mum, you can see more pictures of my dad with us rather than with my mum.

The wedding lunch was alright. It was simple and sweet.

I don't know why the bride look so sad here. Elle and I realised she looked sad and down throughout the wedding. hmmm...

The second semester of my college just started and I've got no time to waste.

I'm glad that I get to see all my college friends again. =D

MOMO the Canon EOS 500D

THIS is MOMO! Elle's sayang. The new addition to the family.

Honestly, I really don't know how to use a DSLR. The only thing I know is to press the button, off and on the flash mode. Its the Canon EOS 500D. Its 15 Megapixel and it comes together with a (I forgot)mm lens.

I'm still learning how to use it since Elle's has Momo most of the time. So, just to fill things up, here are some pictures. =D

Every night, I can hear so many emergency brakes screeching and sometimes it'll end with a bang or boom sound. So there you have it, an accident.

Sometimes, I would see awesome cars/ motorbikes speeding with the loud noise from their engines/exhaust.

There will be a massive traffic jam over here especially in the evening (rush hour), a week before a festival and weekends.

Its really noisy sometimes that I couldn't study. Damn those traffic jams.

The screeching sounds of the car brakes wakes me up in the weee hours.

 My purse. I wouldn't leave the house without it. =D

When my mum, Elle and I were out shopping, Afiq joined us for a lil bit of shopping and dinner at My Uncle's Restaurant, Johnny's Restaurant. Like any other guy, he's a bit reluctant to walk round and round shopping malls looking for something that we're not even sure of getting it a.k.a window shopping. Not to worry, I'm so gonna drag him go shopping again next time. =D Afiq, You promised!!
